About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Intensity Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a High Intensity Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to individuals with common mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-intensity CBT to individuals with common mental health problems
  • Conduct specialist psychological assessments and formulate treatment plans
  • Work with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Postgraduate diploma in CBT or equivalent
  • Experience of delivering high-intensity CBT
  • Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
