About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Intensity Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychological therapies to individuals with common mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-intensity CBT to clients with complex mental health needs
  • Conduct specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and treatments
  • Meet agreed service targets and demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, peer supervision, and CPD opportunities
Requirements
  • IAPT High Intensity training or doctoral clinical/counselling psychology with BABCP accreditation
  • Registered health professional with an IAPT recognised PGD in CBT
  • Experience of specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and treatment
  • Ability to meet agreed service targets and demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
