About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Intensity Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a key member of our mental health services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological therapies to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-intensity CBT to clients with severe mental health conditions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless care pathways

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in CBT or a related field
  • Experience of working with clients with severe mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of government guidelines and best practices in delivering psychological therapies
