Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Industry Sales Professional to join our team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in the aerospace and defence sectors.

About Us: BiP Group has a 40-year heritage of helping government and business work together through software solutions. Our team offers managed marketing services, including email campaigns, webinars, market research, content creation, and in-person events.

Your Role: As a Business Development Manager for Government Solutions, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth. You will have a proven sales track record, at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, and high confidence in making new business calls and building relationships from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building a customer portfolio through self-sourced outbound activity
  • Retaining and engaging with accounts through regular meetings
  • Delivering revenue consistently to meet targets
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers & prospects
  • Liaising with Campaign Managers and Service delivery Team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with customers and prospects via various mediums
  • Attending and representing BiP at events
