Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that parts are readily available for customers.
  • Source and procure parts from suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with stock control and stock taking, ensuring that inventory is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Issue PPE equipment to staff and resolve invoice queries, sorting returns to suppliers and chasing credits.
  • Control warranty parts retention and processes, ensuring that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Receive, record, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded.
  • Assist with controlling waste disposal, purchasing tools and equipment for the workshop, and daily and weekly husbandry of the parts department.
  • Promote our company in a positive way, enhancing parts sales and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts.
  • IT literacy, with experience working with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues.
  • UK driving license with minimal points.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with a friendly and charismatic manner.
