About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Associate to join our team at Identifi Global Resources Limited. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will support our sales teams in the technical side of Hardware and SaaS products, providing expert knowledge and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing technical specifications, participating in technical scoping, and creating Proof of Concepts for Hardware and SaaS products.
- Provide technical demonstrations and workshops to clients, showcasing how solutions work and how to use them.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, assist with technical requirements, and ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP communications protocol and Ethernet networking.
- Proficiency in using command-line tools for system configuration and basic networking tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients in various settings.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering up to £36,000 per annum. The salary will be discussed during the interview process.
