High-Performance Sales Professional Sought for Leading Engineering Supplier

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to join our team based in Northamptonshire.

This remote role will cover Northants and surrounding areas, focusing on developing existing key accounts and generating new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts for technical engineering products and solutions such as compressed air, pumps, valves, plant equipment, pneumatics, medical gas, hydrogen, hydraulics, rotating equipment, MRO, machinery, power tools, industrial systems or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop existing key accounts and generate new business opportunities
  • Sell compressed air products and solutions, including compressors, blowers, dryers, nitrogen generators, air filtration, and associated equipment
  • Cover various industries via OEM customers and end-users

Requirements:

  • Experience selling, servicing, or managing technical engineering products and solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Package:

£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

High bonus scheme
