About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Assistant to join our team at Russells Hall Hospital. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services by delivering excellent cleaning services and meeting all SLA agreements.
  • Work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
  • Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:
