About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Bank Community Registered Nurse team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Community Registered Nurse, you will be working as part of a dynamic team providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes and care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care to housebound patients in their own homes and care homes as required.
  • Attend to planned home visits as well as emergency district nurse visits.
  • Work collaboratively with local GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Person Specification
  • Professional Qualification (Mental Health/Learning Disabilities/General) to degree level or equivalent.
  • Maintains current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Demonstrates satisfactory clinical expertise for the banding.
  • A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post.
