About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Bank of Community Nurses, working flexibly to provide care to patients in their own homes and care homes. As a Bank Community Registered Nurse, you will be delivering nursing care to housebound patients, attending to planned home visits and emergency district nurse visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes and care homes.
  • Attend to planned home visits and emergency district nurse visits.
  • Liaise closely with local GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to patients, families, and colleagues.

Person Specification

  • Professional Qualification (Mental Health/Learning Disabilities/General) to degree level or equivalent.
  • Maintains current registration with the NMC.
  • Demonstrates satisfactory clinical expertise for the banding.
  • A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required.
