About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at a leading Oxford college. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process monthly payroll for a minimum of 4 days per week
  2. Prepare and submit RTI returns and manage statutory reports
  3. Update employee records in payroll systems
  4. Coordinate pension contributions and auto-enrolment
  5. Support new starters and assist with recruitment and training administration
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environment
