We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative pay and reward solutions that align with our strategic vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the development of modern and forward-thinking pay and benefits strategies that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- To collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality pay and reward solutions that balance innovation with cost-effectiveness.
- To ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
- To provide expert advice on pay and benefits-related matters to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- CIPD professional membership (Level 5 and above) or equivalent experience.
- Detailed knowledge of employment law and equalities legislation.
- Strong pay and reward experience, including diversity and inclusion expertise.
- Able to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
