Horticultural Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Assistant Manager to join our team at NXT Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our gardening team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have previous experience in gardening or landscaping and possess excellent knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques. You will be responsible for designing and implementing garden layouts and landscape plans, collaborating with the head gardener and other team members to execute gardening projects efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of gardening and ground maintenance.
- Assist in planning and implementing gardening projects.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve gardening goals.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive 31 days' holiday, including bank holidays, and statutory pension.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be passionate about horticulture.
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not required.
