About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at AKT II. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering designs for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of complex structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of junior engineers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of design tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide technical standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer (IStructE or ICE) with a strong background in structural engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to complex design challenges.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
