About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist in all aspects of office management, secretarial duties, and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a professional service and/or the building or property industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake general office management, secretarial, and administration duties, including accepting and routing telephone calls, diary management, managing meeting bookings and catering, office accounts, and office housekeeping.
  2. Typing/word processing, including typing of dictation.
  3. Utilize various software packages.
  4. Book transport and accommodation.

The successful candidate will have a business administration or marketing-related qualification and GCSEs in English. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
