About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Private PA in a private capacity or working on yachts, with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting diary and travel management for the entire family
  • Managing household staff across residences, including recruitment
  • Negotiating external supplier contracts
  • Liaising with stakeholders across projects and business as usual
  • Tracking and paying invoices

The successful candidate will be a polished and experienced professional with a strong team player attitude, flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working under pressure with multiple priorities.

About the Salary and Benefits

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a discretionary bonus and amazing benefits.
