- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing materials, including videos, infographics, and presentations.
- Manage external partnerships for marketing initiatives, advertising, and events.
- Promote and attend industry events and exhibitions.
- Provide regular reporting on marketing performance using data-driven insights to guide improvements.
- Lead the content creation process, including developing a content calendar, coordinating with ambassadors and influencers, and curating visuals.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets and align them with business goals.
Sales Support:
- Understand the company's products and processes to effectively communicate value propositions to customers and other key stakeholders.
- Support sales initiatives with strategic marketing input and ensure alignment between marketing and sales communication.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website management.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and reporting software.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Suite and Canva for content creation.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling communication and marketing messages.
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
- £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
