About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of financial reporting and auditing are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with prescribed systems and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare management accounts and ensure they are completed on time, accurately and thoroughly.
  • Complete all sections of the accounts file and pass them on for manager review, indicating clearly any points that need further clarification.
  • Utilise junior staff on more simple assignments and oversee their work standard.
  • Support trainees and help with the development of their knowledge and skills.
  • Review annual accounts prepared by juniors and finalise them.
Audit - where applicable
  • Complete planning documentation to ensure audits are carried out effectively.
  • Perform the role of the senior representative on site and conduct all relationships with the client in a professional manner.
  • Utilise and plan junior staff effectively and oversee their work standard.
  • Review/finish audit file to the appropriate standard, suitable for manager review.
