Job Title: CCTV & Door Access Control Engineer

Hexagon Recruitment is pleased to be working with our client to recruit a Permanent CCTV & Door Access Control Engineer (Field-Based) for their team.

Our client is a leading UK-based Network Installation company that has grown year on year through providing a quality service to their customers across multiple sectors, including Retail, Commercial, and Industrial locations. They specialize in installing Network installations, CCTV & Door Access Controls, Fire Alarms, Digital Surveillance, Hardware Deployment, and Wireless Networks.

As a CCTV & Door Access Control Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining CCTV and door access control systems in various locations throughout London and the UK. You will work closely with our client's team to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard and that customers are satisfied with the service provided.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience with Cat5, Cat6, and Cat6a installation
  2. Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customers
  3. Desirable experience with data cabling installations
  4. Desirable experience with installation of access points and antennas
  5. Experience with CCTV systems, with Verkada being an advantage
  6. Experience with door access control installations, with Paxton and/or Verkada being an advantage
  7. A valid Full UK Driving licence
  8. Ability to work away from home and work overtime as required
