Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join their team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will support the Facilities Manager in delivering day-to-day operations for a portfolio of client properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of facilities management services, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of properties.
- Support the Facilities Manager in updating risk assessments, employee training, and health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 5 years work experience in the UK
- Experience in facilities management or a related field is beneficial.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to learn on the job.
