**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Property Manager to join our team at Magnus James, a leading Estate Agent with a strong reputation in the industry. Our clients are a well-established and respected brand, and we are looking for a personable and customer service-driven individual to join their team in Coventry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
* Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
* Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions.
* Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders, and obtain invoices to manage property maintenance effectively.
* Ensure property compliance with regulations, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
* Handle deposit disputes and other property-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist with tenancy paperwork, including serving section notices as required.
* Support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.

**Requirements**

* Previous lettings or property management experience is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong IT knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office packages.
