Residential Child Care Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic leader to manage and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers at SGS Care Ltd.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.
With a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years, you will lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce and be working towards or completed a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
