Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing Project Manager to support specific marketing projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives, meet project timelines, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of designated marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate the execution of specific campaigns and initiatives, developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to coordinate efforts and achieve project objectives.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns, utilising our social media channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform project strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, assessing ROI and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support project initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in Project-Based Marketing or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and project management.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or Industry experience.
