About the Role

We are seeking two highly skilled Consultants to join our forward-thinking team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Consultant in Chronic Pain Management with an interest in Anaesthesia, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Pain Management Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Share the caseload, facilities, and trainee grade support with existing consultants
  • Contribute to the development of our Pain Management Programme and Psychology Service
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals

Requirements
  • MB ChB, MBBS or equivalent
  • Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine
  • Holder of Certificate of completion of training (CCT) or within six months of award of CCT or equivalent by date of interview
