About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Provider Collaborative PMO Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our collaborative projects across East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust and West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create project documentation aligned to recognised project management principles and methodologies.
  • Identify and deliver financial and efficiency savings via collaborative projects.
  • Promote the use of transformation project management processes to facilitate design and improvement.
  • Support the development of project plans and delivery of agreed milestones and objectives.
  • Support engagement plans to ensure positive and effective relations with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
About Us

We are East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, providing hospital and community health services to almost one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex. Our dedicated staff deliver care from acute hospitals, community hospitals, surgeries, community clinics, and in patients' own homes.

Person Specification
  • Experience working within an acute NHS organisation.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) experience, including managing projects and creating project plans.
  • Evidence of supporting successful project and operational performance improvement.
  • Project experience in supporting specific services, including design, development, implementation, and management of change.
  • Experience designing and quality checking project management resources.
  • Experience working with data, recording, analysing, and presenting.
  • Experience of managing process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience of working in a large programme environment.
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
Knowledge
  • Demonstrable knowledge of process improvement methods and approaches.
  • Knowledge of health service management, including change and project management.
  • Proficient use of IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Management Tools.
  • Understanding of Trust clinical strategy.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of service improvements, change management, and project management.
