Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Perth

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £12.25 - £12.40 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Perth. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail experience
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
