Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our brand-new store in Perth, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a team to execute day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profitability of the store
  • Achieve the highest levels of customer service
  • Manage a team in store and liaise with regional management to adhere to company policy
  • Ensure the visual representation of the store is maintained to a very high standard
  • Control costs and stock management as well as cash handling and till management
  • Manage all aspects of HR & Health & Safety, including fire marshal and first aid responsibilities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years previous management experience
  • A full driving license
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A bubbly and friendly manner
  • A hard-working can-do attitude
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Painting & decorating knowledge (desirable)
