Convenience Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Greens Retail, a leading c-store chain in Scotland. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and running of your store, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain the highest store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a strong team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Create a positive and productive working environment
  • Forge strong links with the local community and host local events
  • Manage the store on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and other processes
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and plan shifts for colleagues
  • Drive the store and business forward, ensuring we meet KPIs and are fit for the future

As a Store Manager, you will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the business. We operate a flexible working approach, and we can be flexible with working times and hours as long as store expectations are met.
