We are a London-wide charity that helps single Londoners by preventing homelessness, providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and being a voice for change. Our goal is to empower individuals and families in crisis to take control of their lives.

In this role, you will deputise for the Service Manager when needed, sharing responsibility for delivering compassionate, effective support that empowers women on their journey to recovery. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis with a competitive salary starting at £34,996 per annum.

Job Description

You will lead our team in delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders, building positive relationships, and collaborating with external partners to establish or improve services to service users.

  • You will have demonstrable experience and knowledge of complex issues affecting women, including domestic violence, substance misuse, mental health, women's health, and complex trauma.
  • You will possess experience of staff and service management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop the skills of both staff and service users.
