About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst Apprentice to join our small but highly skilled IT department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation across the Trust and supporting our colleagues to maintain safe IT practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to colleagues over the phone, via our ITSM system, and face-to-face.
- Troubleshoot a variety of networking issues, from physical to Wi-Fi, and escalate these within the team when required.
- Work within our agreed SLAs and provide excellent customer service.
- Use Active Directory & Office 365 to support our IT infrastructure.
- Deploy new hardware, including system imaging and handover tutorials.
- Develop an understanding of cyber security principles.

We are looking for a candidate who is confident, curious, and happy to take on new challenges. You should be able to work well within a busy team, have excellent time-keeping, and a strong work ethic.
