Skillful Customer Support

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our Residential and SME Energy Sales Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in revolutionising the way we deliver energy solutions to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Expert Guidance and Support: Work closely with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties, providing expert guidance and support to help them overcome their challenges.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with customers by delivering sensitive and empathetic communication, encouraging openness and trust.
  • Results-Driven Approach: Proactively identify opportunities to drive positive outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Utilize your analytical skills to dive deep into customer data, uncovering patterns and trends that inform our business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential, although we can provide full training for those new to the energy sector.
  • Debt Collection Expertise: If you have experience in debt collection, this would be a significant advantage.

  • Competitive Salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience.
