Adult Mental Health Specialist

We are working alongside a Community Mental Health Team to find a locum Social Worker. The position is based in Hillingdon and offers a 3-month contract with a competitive rate of pay £32-£34 per hour (Umbrella).
Key Responsibilities:- To conduct individual assessments, facilitate self-assessments, and develop clear options for individuals.
- To plan and set up personalised care and support plans that maximise independence and choice.
- To conduct risk assessments and mental capacity act assessments, ensuring adults have the opportunity to demonstrate capacity.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post AYSE experience and be able to manage an allocated caseload in compliance with statutory requirements. They will also be familiar with enabling and strengths-based approaches.
