Plant Operations Director

Hunter Savage is seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Director to join their team in Co. Tyrone. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations to ensure optimal site conditions, costs, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will come from a similar background and have strong electrical bias with robust mechanical abilities. Proven leadership skills, confidence to lead by example, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximising production performance by maintaining and optimizing plant equipment.
- Implementing a structured preventative maintenance program to support business objectives.
- Leading and motivating a multiskilled maintenance team, ensuring accountability and addressing performance issues where necessary.
Requirements:
- A strong electrical bias with robust mechanical abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Confidence to lead by example, work independently, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on achieving results.
