We are seeking a dedicated and caring Inclusion Support Worker to join our specialist SEMH school in Huddersfield. This is a permanent position, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will be working closely with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them navigate school life and achieve their potential.

You will support them in the classroom, during break times, and around the school, ensuring they feel safe, included, and supported at all times.

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support for students with SEMH needs
  • Assisting in managing challenging behaviour in a positive and supportive way

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or additional needs is essential.
