Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Area Contract Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Area Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial maintenance contracts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the execution of maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to site teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering).
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing mobile businesses, soft services, and maintenance contracts.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
