Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a team of site managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the contract.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level, leading to development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary.
  • Operational Management: Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
  • Strategic Meetings: Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a weekly basis, or as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or mechanically qualified to recognised level ie C&G, HNC/HND.
  • Experience: Proven experience and involvement in managing mobile businesses.
  • Skills: Strong and committed team player capable of prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment, with a stable and established company. The role will involve working from home, office, or client's premises, with travel to each of the locations as and when needed.
