About the Role:

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Fabric Contracts Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Project Manager - Fabrication, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of fabric work, particularly commercial refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with surveying of works and production of quotations
  • Assist in the pricing and submission of tenders
  • Assist with production of project H&S information, including CPPs and RAMS, in liaison with H&S Management team
  • Assist with producing and managing project programs and timelines
  • Assist with management of labour and sub-contractors
  • Assist with management of on-site H&S, including undertaking of site audits/inspections in line with company standard procedures
  • Attend project meetings and produce various reports and project documentation required
  • Contribute to work planning and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Assist or work closely with other internal departments (commercial, H&S) and external (client, design team) to ensure contracts are delivered on time and within financial budgets

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fabric background
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
