We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Company Secretary and Governance Lead to join our team at Harrogate Integrated Facilities (HIF). As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Provide direct support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team on governance matters, including insurance, statutory registers, and KPI monitoring.
- Work closely with the Company Secretary to ensure timely and accurate completion of statutory returns and KPI targets.
- Develop and implement effective governance and compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality governance and compliance services.
Harrogate Integrated Facilities (HIF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrogate and District Foundation NHS Trust, providing services to the hospital and community services. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and creating a positive work environment for our employees.
Requirements- Proven experience in governance and compliance roles, preferably in the NHS or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of governance and compliance principles, including risk management and information governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
