Main Responsibilities
- Provide inclusive leadership and professional standards in clinical areas.
- Ensure governance, patient safety, and quality are maintained.
- Manage workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Improve patient experience and reduce health inequalities.
- Oversee performance and operational management.
- Develop and implement digital and information technology strategies.
- Lead education, training, and development initiatives.
