Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our Inside Sales team in a 12-month fixed term contract. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth order process for one of our most prestigious clients, delivering fast pricing and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orders from initial request to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Generate and send order acknowledgments to customers.
  • Verify order details and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage customer service for allocated orders, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and high service levels.
  • Review daily order backlogs and perform data validation to ensure data consistency.
