Exciting Opportunity: PA/Senior Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organisational Review Support: Contribute to the success of organisational reviews by providing administrative support and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Meetings Coordination: Efficiently organise and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared and distributed.
  • Note Taking: Capture and document important discussions and decisions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • IT skills: Track and update information in in-house systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  • IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft packages and in-house systems, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
