We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 4 Pensions Officer to join our Housing Needs Team at East Suffolk Council.
About the RoleAs a Band 4 Pensions Officer, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Choice Based Lettings service to customers with varying levels of housing need. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a positive outcome for customers, in line with Part VI (Housing Register and Allocations), Part VII (Housing Advice and Homelessness) and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
Key Responsibilities- Provide initial housing advice and information to customers
- Focus on delivering a Choice Based Lettings service to customers with varying levels of housing need
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a positive outcome for customers
- Ensure compliance with Part VI (Housing Register and Allocations), Part VII (Housing Advice and Homelessness) and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
