Procurement Strategy and Alignment

As a key member of the Divisional Leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning the Procurement strategy with the team's objectives. This involves ensuring that procurement value contributes to the business and supports Division initiatives.

Category Strategies and Supplier Engagement

You will work closely with the supplier leadership to support the CM team and Division in achieving Thermo Fisher objectives related to quality, cost, innovation, growth, and compliance. This includes running division input to category strategies and engaging with suppliers to drive business results.

Process Standardization and Technology Enablement

You will support the implementation of common processes, standardize work, and leverage tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Align Procurement strategy with Divisional Leadership team objectives
* Ensure procurement value contribution to business and support Division initiatives
* Run division input to category strategies
* Engage with supplier leadership to support CM team and Division objectives
* Support implementation of common processes and standardize work
