Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Pharmacy Technician to join our Homecare team. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 3 qualification in pharmacy services and experience working in an acute hospital sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing, reconciliation, and receipting of orders for Homecare drugs, handling and responding to queries and complaints, and monitoring upcoming contract changes. You will also work closely with clinical teams and Homecare Providers to ensure best value is achieved.

Person Specification:

  • NVQ City and Guilds level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent to enable registration with GPhC)
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain as a practicing pharmacy technician
