MTrec Recruitment is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a busy manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, maintaining high-quality production standards, and adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily production meetings with team leaders and supervisors to discuss production targets and goals.
- Conduct visual quality checks on products and report any defects to team leaders or supervisors.
- Feed machinery and oversee the machine process to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up machinery and equipment for production runs.
- Monitor machinery to ensure they are running at maximum capacity and efficiency.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Must have a can-do attitude and be flexible to work overtime.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
Benefits:

Working Hours:
- 3-shift system: 7:00am - 15:30pm, 15:30pm - 00:00am, and 22:00pm - 7:00am.
Pay:
- £12.75 per hour across shifts.
