Production Machine Operator

MTrec Ltd is seeking a proactive individual to join their team as a Production Machine Operator. This is an ongoing position in a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily production briefings with team leaders and supervisors to discuss targets and objectives.
- Conduct visual quality checks on products and report any defects to team leaders or supervisors.
- Feed machinery and oversee the production process to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform basic settings on machinery as required.
- Monitor machinery to ensure they are running at maximum capacity and efficiency.
- Adhere to strict health and safety regulations at all times.
- Contribute to general housekeeping duties and additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
Benefits:
- Ongoing employment in a dynamic industry.

- Overtime opportunities available.
- Potential for permanent employment after 12 weeks.
Working Hours:
3-shift system: 7:00am - 15:30pm, 15:30pm - 00:00am, and 22:00pm - 7:00am.
Remuneration:
