We are seeking a seasoned expert in investment performance attribution analysis to join our team at LHH Recruitment. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for generating attribution analysis for a diverse set of portfolios across multiple asset types.
Key Responsibilities- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on performance analytics and measurement, driving best practices and providing insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with core-competency teams to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for performance analytics.
- Data Governance: Ensure data governance and oversight to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Process Improvement: Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
- Investment Management Expertise: Detailed understanding of the investment management business, with expertise in equity and/or fixed income strategies.
- Attribution Analysis: Strong knowledge of attribution analysis, preferably with experience in BlackRock Solutions' Aladdin analytics.
- Digital Transformation: Experience driving digital and automation-driven transformation.
- Cultural Competence: Global outlook with an appreciation for diversity and cultural differences.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; CFA and/or CIPM designation strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the investment management industry, with a focus on performance and analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with investment tools, reporting systems, and analytic databases.
