">Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our homeless night shelter in St Albans. As Service Manager, you will oversee support, advice, and assistance provided to beneficiaries who are/have been living on the streets. You will work closely with our staff team to create a safe and supportive environment that enables beneficiaries to access and maintain a safe and secure home of their own.

Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in frontline services for people experiencing homelessness or complex needs
  • Demonstrable line management experience
  • A knowledge of relevant legislation relating to homelessness, housing, and equalities
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
