**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a Creative Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating tailored learning experiences for students with complex cognitive needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create engaging, creative, and sensory-rich learning activities that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to provide a holistic approach to education and care.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of students' progress and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings, including EHCP reviews.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to suit the diverse needs of each learner.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in working with students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) or severe learning difficulties (SLD).
  • Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching approaches and alternative communication strategies.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
