Support Professional for Students with PMLD/ASD

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Support Specialist to join our team at a leading secondary school in South East London.

In this role, you will work closely with students who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to these students, helping them develop their vocational skills and progress towards further education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of children's learning difficulties and the ability to adapt their approach as necessary. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside Physiotherapists, Art Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists to provide comprehensive support to our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with PMLD/ASD
  • Assisting students with their vocational studies and progression plans
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement student-centered plans

We offer a competitive rate of £90-£105 per day, depending on experience. The working hours are from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. This is an immediate start opportunity, with a paid trial period included.
